The constituent chapters will be solicited for a donation on behalf of all its members. Ideally, this donation should be presented to the Grand Superintendent on the occasion of his visit of inspection.

All proceeds go to the charity. It is intended to run this Grand Charity for the full term of the Grand Council (3 years). We are pleased to report that our Grand Second Principal has been appointed to the Board of Administration of the Fraser Recovery Program. Thank you all for your support in this worthy endeavour.

During the October 14, 2019 visit to Stadacona-Shawenegan Chapter No. 2 in Quebec City the Grand Council received two representatives of the Fraser Recovery Program and presented them with a cheque on behalf of Grand Chapter. The following letter was subsequently received from FRP. (Click on the letter to enlarge it.)
